Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy in St. Cloud, Florida
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy designed around your labs, your symptoms, and your stage of life.

Perimenopause, Menopause, and Everything In Between
Hormonal decline doesn't start at 50. Many women begin experiencing shifts in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone in their mid-30s. The symptoms are real: hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, brain fog, mood swings, and a sex drive that quietly disappeared. We start with comprehensive lab work, listen to your symptoms, and build a bioidentical hormone replacement plan that addresses what's actually happening in your body.
Your Body Is Trying to Tell You Something
These symptoms aren't just stress. They may be your hormones — and they're treatable.
Hot flashes and night sweats
""I wake up drenched at 3am.""
Brain fog and memory lapses
""I used to be sharp. Now I can't remember what I had for breakfast.""
Mood swings and anxiety
""I cry over nothing. This isn't me.""
Unexplained weight gain
""Nothing has changed but I've gained 15 pounds.""
Low libido and discomfort
""I have zero interest. And when I try, it's uncomfortable.""
Fatigue no matter how much you rest
""I sleep all night and wake up exhausted. Every. Single. Day.""
Is Hormone Therapy Right for You?
This is for you if you:

- Are in perimenopause or menopause, or have had a hysterectomy
- Have been told "it’s just aging" and want real answers from your labs
- Want a provider who knows you and adjusts your plan as you go
It may not be right for you, or may need a different plan, if you:
- Are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
- Have vaginal bleeding that has not been evaluated
- Have active liver disease
Your provider reviews your full health history before prescribing anything.

Feeling Like Yourself Again
Many women describe it as getting their spark back. Hear Alexis tell her own story in the video below.

The Science Is Catching Up
In September 2026 the FDA held a public workshop on testosterone for menopausal women, a sign of how much attention this therapy is now getting.
Testosterone is not FDA-approved for use in women. At Evolve Health it is prescribed off-label after an evaluation and lab work, either as an FDA-approved testosterone product or as a compounded preparation from a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Energy, mood, and focus are patient-reported experiences that research has not yet confirmed. Individual results vary.

Women's Hormone FAQ
Bioidentical hormones are derived from natural plant sources and are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces.
If you're experiencing symptoms affecting your quality of life, it's worth getting your hormones tested.
BHRT has a well-established safety profile when prescribed and monitored by a qualified medical provider.
Our approach starts with detailed lab work and builds a personalized protocol using bioidentical hormones with regular monitoring. Taking time to listen, develop a customized plan around what works for you, and provide routine follow ups is what sets us apart.
Many women notice improvements in sleep and mood within the first several weeks. However, treatments are individualized and custom, so these timelines vary from person to person.
Yes. Many women in their 30s and 40s experience perimenopause symptoms that respond well to hormone optimization.
No. There is no FDA-approved testosterone product for women in the United States. When an Evolve provider prescribes testosterone for a woman, it is prescribed off-label after an evaluation and lab work, and it may be a compounded preparation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
At doses kept in the normal female range, the most commonly reported side effects, which are very rare, are mild acne and increased facial or body hair. Long-term safety data is limited, which is why we check labs before and during treatment and adjust or stop if needed.
Hormone therapy is not right for everyone. It is not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and unexplained vaginal bleeding or active liver disease needs to be evaluated first. Your provider reviews your full health history before prescribing anything.
