Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the $25 cancellation fee will also apply.
