Complete Pre-Visit Labs
Your provider sends lab orders to a facility near you — Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or a local draw site. Complete your labs before your appointment so your provider has results ready to review.
Meet Your Provider via Secure Video
Connect with your provider through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Review your lab results, discuss your symptoms and goals, and build a personalized treatment plan together.
Treatment Delivered to You
Prescriptions are shipped directly to your door or called in to your local pharmacy. Follow-up visits are scheduled as needed to monitor your progress and adjust your plan.

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. You will receive a link to join your secure video visit before your appointment.
Your provider sends lab orders to a Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or other draw site near you. Most patients have a location within a short drive. Complete your labs before your scheduled appointment so your provider can review the results during your visit.
Depending on the medication, prescriptions are either shipped directly to your home or called in to your local pharmacy. Your provider will coordinate the best option for your treatment plan.
Injectables such as Botox and fillers, laser treatments, radiofrequency procedures like Apex RF and Empower RF, IV therapy, and any treatment that requires hands-on administration must be done at our Saint Cloud clinic.
Evolve is a concierge, cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide documentation you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Most new patients are scheduled within one to two weeks. Follow-up visits are often available sooner. Book online through our patient portal to see available times.
