Should you desire treatment during the first month of joining, the first three months payment is required.

Our VIP Membership is a monthly, automatic charge in order to receive any or all of the benefits listed above. If Botox Neurotoxin is requested the monthly charge will be $169/month and $11/unit over 40. Any units of Neurotoxin not used or if an appointment is not made during your regular 3 month treatment, those units can be rolled over to the next session, however all carryover units will be zeroed annually.

You can cancel your membership at anytime after the first 6 months without cause or a fee. If you cancel within your first 6 months a $99 cancellation fee will apply. Should you cancel your membership, then wish to reapply, or your monthly payment is declined, you may be subject to a $99 reinstatement fee.

We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend, or cancel the VIP program at any time at our discretion.
