Please let us know if you have had any changes to your medical history such as surgeries or health related issues.

Since most of our medications are shipped to your home, please ensure you tell us if you have recently moved so we can update our records and ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for medications that are shipped to an incorrect location if you have not contacted us with a change of address.
