Payment
Full payment is expected at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks (with valid ID; no out-of-state), Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Financing through Cherry® is also available. There is a returned check charge of $30.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available & may be redeemed for any of our services or products.
Memberships
Our Memberships are charged monthly, automatically, to receive any or all of the benefits. These fantastic programs are in place to thank our most loyal clients!
You cannot sign up for and use any benefits the same day. You can cancel your membership at any time after the first 6 months without cause or a fee. If you cancel within the first 6 months, a $99 cancellation fee will apply, and all discounts will be terminated. Should you cancel your membership or a payment fail for any reason, all discounts will terminate. You will never lose your balance accrued; however, no refunds will be given for accrued funds. Accrued funds can only be used for any services; however, they cannot be used for weight loss or hormone therapy.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend, or cancel the membership programs at any time at our discretion.
Packages
We offer exceptional packages for our clients, providing significant savings. Services purchased as a package are not transferable. If you are unable to use your complete package, an in-house credit may be issued. Refunds will not be provided. In-house credits are not transferable.
Products
In the event you are unable to use a product (e.g. experience an adverse reactions, sensitivity), please notify us immediately and
return the item within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly work with you to find a better product and may issue an in house credit.
Credits must be used to purchase products of equal or greater value. Refunds will only be provided on returned goods that have been unopened.
Reserving Appointments
A valid credit card at booking is required to hold all appointments. Many times a deposit/fee is required at booking. Some of these deposits/fees are applied to services, some are used as consultation fees. All consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been done, regardless if therapy has been initiated or not. Deposits/Fees may be refunded if you follow our cancellation policy.
