This is a banking membership, meaning your $129 a month will be credited to your account. Say you don’t use your credit that month, it will continue to roll over until redeemed, and can be used toward any product or service you would like. Spend right away or save up for larger procedures, you choose!
Terms And Conditions
Our Memberships are a monthly, automatic charge in order to receive any or all of the benefits listed above. This amazing program is in place to thank our most loyal clients!
You cannot sign up for an use any benefits the same day. You can cancel your membership at anytime after the first 6 months without cause or a fee. If you cancel within your first 6 months, a $99 cancellation fee will apply, and all discounts will terminate. Should you cancel your membership, or a payment fail for any reason, all discounts will terminate. You will never lose your balance accrued, however no refunds will be given for accrued funds. Accrued funds can only be used for the listed services above, and cannot be used for weight loss or hormone therapy.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend, or cancel the membership programs at any time at our discretion.
