Refund and Return Policy

What is the refund policy?

Evolve Health programs are paid for up front and are non-refundable except for in the following scenarios, outlined in this policy. Please note that although you can withdraw from any of our membership programs for any reason at any time, you are only eligible for a refund as set forth below. 

Membership Refunds:

  • If you change your mind and decide to cancel your membership within 72  hours of purchase, and a consultation has been not been provided you may request a full refund for the amount you paid using instructions below. If a telehealth or office visit has been provided and medications have not been shipped, you can receive a refund of the cost of the membership fee minus the telehealth/office visit. If the medications have been shipped there is no refund.
  • If you are unhappy with any of our services or programs you can request a refund by contacting us at In no circumstances are we able to refund for medications sent to your home. At our discretion, we can refund telehealth and/or office visit fees. Please contact use prior to asking for a refund in order to see how we can resolve any issues.
  • By joining our membership program you understand our not guaranteed. However, we have multiple avenues to reach your goals and ask you allow us to work with you in achieving these goals!

Receiving a Refund:

Evolve Health programs are not refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above. If one of the above reasons applies to you, you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing with the subject line “Cancellation Request”. 

If you paid for your membership by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of Evolve Health confirming you are refund eligible. Evolve Health will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request. 

By accepting a refund, you are electing to withdraw from your membership program.
