Our Memberships are a monthly, automatic charge in order to receive any or all of the benefits listed above. This amazing program is in place to thank our most loyal clients!

You can cancel your membership at any time after the first 6 months without cause or a fee. If you cancel within your first 6 months, a $99 cancellation fee will apply, and all discounts will terminate. Should you cancel your membership, or a payment fail for any reason, all discounts will terminate. You will never lose your balance accrued; however, no refunds will be given for accrued funds. Accrued funds can only be used for the listed services above, and cannot be used for weight loss or hormone therapy.
